Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

EvolaTech provides IT consulting, custom software development, API integrations, cloud infrastructure setup, and ongoing technical support. All services are subject to a separate written agreement unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate. Project commencement may require an upfront deposit as specified in the project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created for them. EvolaTech retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific know-how developed during the engagement.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. In the event of material breach, immediate termination is permitted. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.
